Team Ava Promotions invests in our people’s careers in many ways. We have created a thorough and immersive training system, for example, and we promote from within to give our most ambitious experts room to grow. One of our most effective (and popular!) ways to encourage growth is our travel program.
Our next journey will take select team members to Dallas, Texas for a networking and leadership event. Those who attend will get hands-on training from some of the most successful people in our industry, and a chance to meet other rising stars in face-to-face sales campaigns. These contacts are certain to lead to future business options and give us access to a greater pool of knowledge than we could ever build on our own.
Reps from Ava Promotions are also looking forward to the awards ceremony, where they will see top producers from across the country honored for hitting big career goals. While on stage, the women and men being recognized will have time to talk about some of the challenges they overcame to earn their awards, inspiring others to do what it takes to achieve their dreams as well.
